Trump Announces Ceasefire Between Israel And Iran
President Donald Trump announced via Truth Social that Israel and Iran had reached a cease-fire on Monday.
Only two days after the United States has attacked Iran’s nuclear installations, Trump said that Israel and Iran had concluded a cease-fire contract which should enter into force in a few hours.
“Congratulations to everyone!” It was fully agreed by and between Israel and Iran that there will be a complete and total ceasefire (in around 6 hours, when Israel and Iran have finished and finished their final missions, for 12 hours, how much war will be, finished! “Trump wrote.
“Officially, Iran will start the ceasefire and, at the 12th hour, Israel will start the ceasefire and, at the 24th hour, an official end of the 12-day war will be praised by the world. During each ceasefire, the other side will remain peaceful and respectful,” he continued.
Trump added that he would offer his congratulations to Israel and Iran if the announced ceasefire was valid. “It is a war that could have continued for years and destroyed the whole Middle East, but that is not the case, and will never do it!” May God bless Israel, God bless Iran, God bless the Middle East, God bless the United States of America and may God bless the world! ” Trump wrote.
Israel struck the Iranian nuclear program and targeted several Iranian officials on June 12, causing reprisals the day after the Islamic Republic. After reflecting on a strike on Iranian nuclear installations Trump announced on Saturday that the US military had made successful strikes on three nuclear sites.
Iran launched an attack on the Udeid American air base in Qatar on Monday in retaliation for the American attacks during the weekend. The Iranians would have fired at least one missile in Iraq. Before the Iranian attack, the United States has sworn to retaliate with other attacks if the Islamic Republic has struck US staff in the region.
Trump tackled the Iranian attack on the American base on social hours of truth before the announcement of the ceasefire, calling it a “very weak” attack. “There were 14 missiles drawn-13 were overturned and 1 was” released “because he was directed in a non-threatening direction. I am happy to announce that no American was injured, and almost no damage was made,” he wrote.

Three familiar Iranian officials with the attack on the Islamic Republic told the New York Times that they had previously provided Qatar. Trump thanked the Emir of Qatar “for everything he has done by looking for peace for the region” and added that no Qataris has undergone injuries from the Iranian attack in another position.
Shortly before the announcement of Trump’s ceasefire, the Iranian supreme chief of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei hinted that the country would never go to a position on social networks.
