NASA Awards Custodial, Landscaping Services Contract

NASA has selected Melwood Horticultural Training Center Inc. by Upper Marlboro, Maryland, to provide daycare, concierge, landscaping and recycling services for the agency’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland.

The price of custody and landscaping of installations is a hybrid completion at a fixed price firm price and an indefinite / indefinite quality delivery contract. The contract includes a basic period of 12 months and up to four 12 -month options with a potential contract value of approximately $ 36 million if all the options are exercised. The basic performance period begins on Wednesday October 1, 2025 and ended on September 30, 2026. The four options of option, if exercised, would extend the contract until September 30, 2030.
