Summary

  • I use the functionality of sending the Outlook Web calendar to plan emails to send in the future at the time and date specified.

  • To plan an e-mail, open Outlook Web, log into your account, click on “New mail”, dial the e-mail, click on the next bottom arrow icon to send and choose “Plan the shipment”.

  • To examine or modify planned emails, open Outlook Web and access the “Drafts” folder.

The emails I send now come in the reception boxes of my recipients at 9:00 a.m. not because I started to wake up early, but because I learned to use the calendar shipment functionality in Outlook Web.

How the sending function of the Outlook Web calendar assured that my emails have arrived on time

Until recently, my emails were published during random hours. Sometimes I wrote and sent emails at 3 am. Other times it would be 11 a.m. Notice something? Yes, inconsistency.

Fortunately, I found the functionality of sending the calendar to Outlook Web. This feature would allow me to write an email when I wish, but it would only send this email on the date and time I chose. In this way, my emails have become more organized and seemed more professional. This also helped me with a few other situations, as discussed in the section of use cases below.

How to plan an email in Outlook Web

To plan an email to send later in Outlook Web, you don’t need to access third-party tools. The functionality to plan emails is integrated into the web application itself; All ready to use.

To access it, launch Outlook Web and connect to your account. Then, in the upper left corner of the site, click on the “New Mail” button to compose a new email.

After writing the e-mail, next to the send button at the top, click on the icon of the arrow down and choose “Schever Send”. Make sure you don’t click on Send, or Outlook Web will send your email immediately.

User cases include sending reminders and e-mails spacing

If you are slightly different from me, that is to say that you are not late for emails, there are other cases of using the functionality for sending the Outlook calendar.

Use is to send reminders or follow -up the next morning. You can remind people their tasks or follow their requests by planning your emails in advance. If you send emails in lots, you can space these emails using the planning function. In this way, your emails are sent to the specified interval.

You can also use this feature to wish people on the day of their birthdays. You can plan all the birthday emails at the same time and let Outlook Web take care of ensuring that your messages are sent at the right time. This applies to the celebration of people on their birthdays as well as other similar events. Note that you can also attach files to your emails if you want to send an online card or something.

And this is how I assured that my emails arrived in the reception boxes of the recipients at the exact time I wanted. It helped me keep things organized on my side. Appreciate!
