How to view the HTML code of emails in the new Outlook app

In previous versions of Microsoft Outlook (the classic application), you can display the HTML code of an email by opening the email, right-click on it and selecting “Display the source” in the context menu.
This no longer works in the new Outlook application, and it seems that Microsoft does not intend to change this. However, there is always a way to view the HTML code of an email with a little trick.
Here’s how it works: Open the email, then click three-point in the upper right corner to access the E-mail context menu. (Make sure you do not accidentally accept on the three-point menu from the toolbar instead!) In the menu, go to Save as> save as an EML And select a destination folder for the resulting file.
Then launch the file explorer and go to the destination folder, then right -click the EML file. Click on Open with> Choose another application And choose a text editor from the list of applications (for example, note note). In the EML file, scroll to the line that reads Content-Type: text/htmlAnd after that, you will find the HTML code for this email.
