Here’s what to expect from AMD’s keynote presentation
While we don’t know exactly what Su will talk about during her keynote presentation, we can follow some breadcrumbs to identify the main points in advance.
We know that showcasing new AI technology will be a big part of the keynote – although AMD has kept most of its announcements under wraps, the company’s official website says the keynote will address “AMD’s vision for delivering future AI solutions – from the cloud to the enterprise to the edge and devices.”
A press release issued by the Consumer Technology Association provides additional information on the potential announcements covered in the keynote.
AMD’s processor technology will be a major part of the keynote, as Su is expected to talk about the use of AMD EPYC processors in AI data centers and detail how Ryzen processor technology is changing the worlds of AI and gaming. It’s unlikely we’ll see a victory lap without hardware tracking, so we can expect to hear about the new Ryzen processors during the event.
