I watch TV for a living and these are my top 3 Netflix horror shows if you want a good scare

The Netflix library is still developing, just seeing everything that is new on the American Streamer platform in June 2025 to see it, so finding the right things can often prove to be delicate. According to my experience, there have also been real horror failures in the past.
But, don’t worry, if you want to jump the scrolling and go directly to fear, I reduced three of the best Netflix shows you have to watch. In my opinion, it is the most frightening due to the subject of each of the plated, nervous moments and the fact that you feel outright unstable to look at them.
Who needs to sleep anyway, right?

Mike Flanagan is the best thing that has ever happened to the Netflix horror library. While I could have completed an entire article with just His shows, I went to get the one who scared me the most.
Hill House Hanting Follows five adult brothers and sisters whose paranormal titular household experiences continue to haunt them today, and it is as much family drama as of pure horror.
There is a moment in what really made me scream aloud, so if you are looking for a frantic horror, the adaptation of the classic novel by Flanagan will provide it. You might not sleep for a week, but it will be worth it.

I am a big fan of Japanese horror and this expansion of the emblematic The resentment The series is a must.
The series follows Honjo Haruka, a budding actress. She does her best to enter the industry, but her career derails when she begins to hear the sounds of the steps in her house, which does it (rightly so).
Thus, she teams up with the psychic researcher Odajima Yasuo of a program of television varieties to try to discover what is going on, and the result is as disturbing as you can imagine. It is a worthy addition to the franchise and I highly recommend it.

This less known Indian series fell under my radar but I watched it recently and seriously made me slide. It is underestimated and you should certainly check it.
Ghoul Take place in India in a dystopian future and focuses on a secret government internment camp which triggers a series of horrible and supernatural events. And believe me when I say, they are really horrible.
Jason Blum has also produced the less known series, so there is a big horror name attached to it. I would love to see more people talk about it, and it is also an easy frenzy watch.
