If You Think Tim Walz Was Bad, Just Look At Kamala’s First Choice
Tim Walz can be the first heterosexual peak DEI (probably).
Former vice-president Kamala Harris had a different “first choice” for the running mate, the Atlantic reports: Pete Buttigieg.
Harris decided that it would be “too much risk”, according to extracts from the next Harris memories published by the Atlantic.
FUTTIGIEG “Would have been an ideal partner – if I was a hetero white man,” writes Harris.
What is a brunette woman (probably) right to do?

Kamala Harris says she couldn’t choose Pete Buttigieg as vice-president because he is gay, so she was content with Buffon Tim Walz.
So, for her, being gay is a greater responsibility than approving the sexual changes funded by taxpayers for minors?!

Put aside the Harris sacrifice air. If Harris et al. believed that the 2024 elections were a battle for the soul of the nation, why risk running Harris herself?
Narcissism and personal interest, probably.
But Harris was not against “America”. She was against the Americans, who consider Buttigieg with variable approval.
Buttigieg is popular with the Democrats of New Hampshire. Among this cohort, Buttigieg linked the Democratic Governor of California Gavin Newsom in a presidential hypothetical primary in 2028, according to a Saint Anselm investigation carried out in late August. The pollsters interviewed 1,776 voters recorded in New Hampshire and had an error margin of +/- 2.3 percentage points.
New Hampshire is extremely white.
According to an Emerson College survey, one the probers interviewed 1,000 registered voters and had a margin of error of +/- 3 percentage points.

Buttigieg has “a big soft soft spot … which is its relationship with the black community,” said a veteran democratic strategist in The Hill in August. “He did not have many African-American fans of his mayor time, he did not have much black support when he ran for the president, and I have not seen any evidence that he has done a lot to solve this problem in recent years.”
Harris had his own problems with black voters.
Former President Barack Obama stirred his finger against black men in October 2024, telling journalists: “My understanding, depending on the reports I receive from campaigns and communities, is that we have not yet seen the same types of energy and participation in all the districts of our neighborhoods and our communities as you saw when I ran. President Donald Trump doubled his support among the black voters between 2020 and 2024, according to Pew Research. Harris won 83% of the black vote.
Admittedly, 83% have nothing to sneer. But perhaps Harris would have seen a level of level of Obama if she had chosen a running mate which more obviously telegraphed heterosexuality.
