One of the recorded men pleads in desperation: “this won’t happen again” and “I’m sorry, please.”
But the commander said to him: “You must work, not be pissed off. Did I tell you where to go?”
Officer Putin mocks the men throughout the footage, mocking their sexuality.
This method of torture appears to be popular with Putin’s commanders.
Last week, footage released on Telegram showed a “field court” of two men accused of stealing cannabis from their commanders, duct-taped to trees in their underwear.
Throughout the raging conflict Vladimir Putin is growing increasingly desperate in his attempt to defeat Ukraine.often at the expense of his troops.
Wheelchair-bound, amputee and wounded soldiers were all sent to the front by Putin.
Even Bangladeshi workers have been lured to Russia on false promises of work, only to be thrown into combat in Ukraine.
The tough sanctions come as peace talks continue without Putin making clear he intends to end his nearly four-year invasion of Ukraine.
Russian generals were ordered to “move forward” and “invent new types of torture” to keep their exhausted personnel in order, the Nevzorov Telegram channel wrote in a message.
Over the weekend, renewed Russian nighttime strikes left 80 percent of Ukraine’s second city, Kharkiv, and surrounding areas without power in scorching winter cold.
One resident said: “There was no electricity last night, everything was out.
“What could we do? It’s almost 24 hours now and it’s -18°C outside.”
Governor Oleh Syniehubov said “all teams” were working to resolve the “severe damage”.
New brutal strikes on the Black Sea port of Odessa left 22 injured, officials said.
And there were fears people, including an 86-year-old woman, could be trapped after the attack on a residential building.
Ukrainian war journalist Denis Kazansky wrote: “At night, Russian Nazis carried out attacks on residential buildings in Odessa.
“An entire entrance was destroyed, with people trapped under the rubble.
“Another ritual and demonstrative murder.
“They call Odessa a ‘Russian city’ and deliberately exterminate its inhabitants.”
Serhiy Lysak, head of Odessa’s military administration, said the shelling damaged infrastructure, residential buildings, a kindergarten, a store and a construction site.
