Today, the jurors of the Diddy trial heard closing arguments of the defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo. Agnifilo, who tackled the panel for four hours, pushed with strength and sometimes derisory on the “exaggerated” story of the United States government. He said Diddy was unfairly persecuted for his sexual “lifestyle”, insisting that his client was innocent of all accusations.

Agnifilo said the defense does not dispute that Diddy had physically attacked his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. (“We have domestic violence,” said Agnifilo. “I hope you know.”) But the rapper “did not do the things he is accused, racketeering or sex trafficking,” added the lawyer. “He will fight to death to defend himself against what he did not do.”

The prosecution team alleges that Diddy Trafficka Ventura and another ex-girlfriend, “Jeanne“, Forcing them to participate in the” Freak offs “in the heart of the case. Agnifilo rejected this version of events, referring to Diddy’s relationship with Ventura as “a great modern love story” between two “swingers”.

Agnifilo argued that the two women agreed and sometimes enthusiastic participants in “Freak Offs”, which the lawyer called pleasant evenings in “beautiful hotel rooms”. He tried to minimize the marathon sexual meetings, including the fact that Diddy recorded them on video. “He is not the only man in America to do homemade porn,” said Agnifilo.

In closing, Agnifilo implored the jury to “summon courage” and to pay Diddy. “I ask you to pay Sean Combs of all the counts. He is not a racketeering,” said Agnifilo. “He sits innocent there, so go back to his family.”

Agnifilo spoke with animation, sometimes using a biting and jocular tone to transmit skepticism concerning the case of the government against its client.

In a notable moment, Agnifilo seemed to make fun of federal agents of the application of laws which searched the houses of Diddy, pointing out that the agents made America “sheltered from astroglides”, the lubricant brand that the rapper used for “freak offs” with former friends and male escorts. “Well to go, guys,” said Agnifilo. “You guys, do yourself.”

When the jurors were on a break, Maurene Comeyone of the prosecutors complained to Judge Arun Subramanian About the agnifilo tone. “Respectfully,” replied Agovilo, “I think I am authorized to be sarcastic.”

In the refutation of the accusation, Comey said that Diddy’s defense team served “lies” and “excuses after excuse” for the accused’s “inexcusable behavior”. She added: “Make no mistake, this trial was how, in the world of Sean Combs’ ‘No’ was never an option.”

In other news: Diddy, seated near the defense table, appeared engaged during the Summary of Agnifilo – A lively contrast with his generally lowered appearance during the prosecutor Christy Slavikis to close the arguments yesterday. The music magnate recognized his family in the courtroom earlier during the day, forming his hands in a heart and giving them a boost.
