Kyle Hamilton joins Lamar Jackson as Ravens to miss practice

Owings Mills, MD. – Lamar Jackson did not practice for a second consecutive day for the Baltimore Ravens, whose injury problems continue to grow.

In addition to the most useful double player in the NFL being sidelined, the security of the Pro Bowl Kyle Hamilton did not practice Thursday after having injured the groin the day before. Jackson and Hamilton are the two best paid players of the Ravens per average salary per year.

Jackson did not practice this week after leaving the defeat of 37-20 Sunday in Kansas City with an ischio-injury injury. Ravens in difficulty (1-3) have not yet excluded it. If Jackson cannot play on Sunday, Baltimore would start Cooper Rush, the former quarter -rescue of Dallas Cowboys.

Hamilton has not missed a match since 2023. He is considered to be the most versatile defender in Baltimore, ranking second on the ravens in plated (31) and broken pass (two).

Jackson and Hamilton are among the nine pro Bowl players from last year, which relate to injuries. With Jackson and Hamilton, three other pro Bowl players did not train on Thursday: the secondary school Roquan Smith (hamstrings), the Marlon Humphrey (calf) and Frai Patrick Ricard (calf).

There are also three additional players from the Pro Bowl who are limited in practice with injuries: the offensive platform Ronnie Stanley (ankle), the Tyler Linderbaum (calf) center and the outside secondary Kyle Van Noy (hamstrings). On Monday, Baltimore excluded the defensive platform of the Pro Bowl Nnamdi Madobuike for the season with a neck injury.
