Investigation Season—Lawfare Judge Boasberg’s Russiagate Connection Revealed
The United States district chief district for the chief judge of the Columbia district, James Boasberg, is well known to this audience for having ordered illegal foreigners to stay in the United States despite the Trump administrations clearly legal efforts to deport them under the Enemies of Extraterrestrial Act.
However, it also has an important link with the hoax of Russiagate which reveals the scope of the superstructure of the legislation which tries to dismantle Maga, which I document in my book Break the law.
Like the rest of the Russiagate conspirators, Boasberg should be studied for this.
In March 2025, after the ACLU democracy and the Soros legal defense group filed prosecution on behalf of five Venezuelans intended for expulsion, Boasberg ordered that “any plane containing these people who will take off or in the air must be returned to the United States.”
Boasberg accused Trump of “possible challenge” of the court order, igniting the national debate. Trump did nothing like that. The illegal extraterrestrials had long been outside the country when Boasberg gave order, and Boasberg has no competence in Salvador.
Boasberg put an attack on the democratically elected president of the United States to try to preserve non-existent rights for illegal extraterrestrial gang members, treating Donald Trump as the real criminal.

This should not be a surprise since Boasberg, who was appointed by Obama in 2010, is known for his leftist decisions and his prejudices against President Trump. This includes its connection with the hoax for the collusion of Russia.
While presiding over the court of foreign intelligence law (FISA), judge Boasberg ruled that former FBI lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, one of the best conspirators of the Russiagate hoax, should not take a prison sentence. Clinesmith admitted having falsified evidence to say that the Trump campaign advisor, Carter Page, was “not a source” for the Central Intelligence Agency when Page had been. The counterfeiting of Clinesmith has extended illegal surveillance and contrary to the FBI ethics of the Trump campaign. Boasberg’s decision to let the clinking skate is at the same time.
An investigation into this apparently impossible decision could reveal important details on how the conspiracy to push the false hoax of collusion of Russia to the public has bleed in our legal apparatus.

Clinesmith’s decision is part of Boasberg’s judicial activism model. For example, he had ruled for the release of migrants for detention facilities in the first mandate of Trump; He approved the use of mandate surveillance against American citizens despite evidence of poor data collection; And he ordered the Trump administration to empty the Dakota access pipeline pending an environmental review, among other decisions that favored democratic causes.
His politician persisted in the second Trump administration. Recently, the federalist obtained a memo revealing the predisposition of Boasberg against Trump. Boasberg has argued, without evidence, that Trump Cold creates a constitutional crisis.
Ironically, “President Boasberg” is the real threat in this regard.
Boasberg took four “Trump cases” in the first weeks of the second Trump administration, blocking and blocking the first wave of the president’s executive actions. One of these cases was a leading legal action alleging that the Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the national security adviser Michael Waltz, and others violated the law on federal files using the signal of the encrypted messaging application to discuss the military strikes against the terrorists of Houthi.
Judge Boasberg, who is manifestly predisposed to the decision against the President of the United States, had a disproportionate amount of “Trump case” assigned to him.
This reveals that there is no equal justice under the law in America at the moment.
The Russiagate and Lawfare surveys started, and Boasberg is clearly part of the two injustices against President Trump. It is time to hold it to account.
