Inside the lacklustre Barbie fan event now issuing refunds

Attendees of the Barbie Dream Fest weekend in Florida this past weekend can now receive refunds for their tickets.

Videos of the lackluster event went viral online, showing gray floors and walls in a conference center and prompting complaints from visitors.

Mattel, owner of the Barbie brand, has promised full refunds to those who purchased tickets.
