Boasberg’s Days on the Bench May Be Numbered, As GOP Rep Reportedly Filing Articles of Impeachment – RedState
Left-wing Justice James Boasberg may have just discovered that when a person does too much stupidity, their actions have consequences, following a reported decision by Texas Rep. Brandon Gill (R-26) to file articles of impeachment against the judge following a new revelation about Operation Arctic Frost during Biden’s presidential term.
Speaking to Fox News’ Laura Ingraham, Florida Rep. Byron Donalds (R-19) announced that his colleague Gill is filing papers to impeach the judge – who serves as chief judge of the United States District Court for D.C. -.
This follows the revelation this week of 197 subpoenas against conservative leaders and citizens as part of former President Joe Biden’s massive espionage efforts with Operation Arctic Frost.
One involved Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Boasburg-endorsed then-AT&T special counsel Jack Smith, who barred AT&T from informing the Lone Star Republican state lawmaker about the order, as RedState reported.

“He should be impeached. That’s why I’m glad my colleague from Texas, Rep. Brandon Gill, is filing these documents to impeach him,” Donalds said. “You can’t let a judge just go rogue in our justice system, helping a rogue prosecutor like Jack Smith start targeting any American, let alone U.S. senators.”
“It’s scandalous! And it demonstrates once again how far Democrats would stoop to retain political power in the United States,” he added. “It’s not about the Constitution. It’s not about the American people. It’s about their cowardly desire to stay in power.”
“And you can look at this shutdown or whatever else is happening this year to demonstrate the fact that Democrats don’t care what lever they have to pull or where they have to go,” Donalds continued. “It’s about power for them first, second and third, not for the American people, not for the Constitution.”

Jack Smith tracked private communications of Republican senators as part of election investigation
As RedState reported, Senator Cruz was the first Republican to call for Boasberg’s impeachment following the latest Arctic Frost revelation, as he shared some of the insane details of Boasberg’s order to AT&T, claiming that Cruz could destroy the evidence otherwise.

The report said:
“’The court finds that there are reasonable grounds that such disclosure would result in the destruction or tampering with the evidence,’” Cruz read of the order. “’Intimidation of witnesses and serious threat to the investigation.’”
“There is precisely no evidence to support the conclusion that I am likely to destroy or falsify evidence,” he added. “Or to intimidate potential witnesses. No evidence for that. This order is an abuse of power. This order is a weaponized legal system.”
Cruz then called on the House of Representatives to impeach Boasburg for “abuse of power,” issuing subpoenas against Republicans without any evidence.
Sen. Eric Schmidt (R-MO) then called for Boasberg’s impeachment, noting that not once in his political career has a judge’s ruling caused him to do so.
