The two best cheap tablets of 2025 are now on sale – and yes, one of them is an iPad
Sales of the retailers’ labor festival are fast approaching, but you do not need to wait until Monday if you are looking for a tablet at a reduced price: the 11 -inch iPad Apple (2025) is now on sale for only $ 299 on Amazon (was $ 349), while the Lenovo Idea Pro in Android is also available for $ 359.99) Walmart.
This last case is not promoted as such on Walmart, but Amazon’s equivalent (and more expensive) agreement on the same product has its RRP at $ 379.99. If you are not interested in the Folio Grouped case, Walmart also has the Lenovo Idea Pro Tabl tab available for only $ 334.99. Again, it is not listed as a transaction price, but Best Buy’s equivalent (and more expensive) agreement on the same bundle suggests the opposite.
This is the first time that I have seen the 11 -inch (2025) and Lenovo Idea Tab Pro iPad for sale at the same time, which is important, because these are our current choices for the best cheap tablets that money can buy. Do them while they are hot.

Is there much more to say about the 11-inch iPad (2025) that I don’t already have? Apple’s latest basic model wins on the cheap tablet competition for power, ease of use and versatility, and it will continue to be updated for many years to come.
The Lenovo Idea Tab Pro, meanwhile, is the next best thing if you are someone who prefers the superior customization of Android. As we have noted in our review Lenovo Idea Tab Pro, it “also offers convincing upgrades compared to the Apple tablet, such as a larger 3K screen and 120 Hz and an excellent pen included without additional costs”.
