NFL game interrupted by sex toy at most confusing time possible and CBS fooled
While the WNBA had a hard time with the sex toys launched on the field all season, the NFL had its first taste on the first two weeks of the campaign with the last incident to come in Cincinnati
The NFL was prey to the pandemic of sex toys for adults that swallowed the WNBA.
Week 1 of the 2025 NFL season saw the League undergo its first cases. An official had to collect a sex toy for adults and throw it on the playground during the shock of the Cleveland Browns house with the Bengals of Cincinnati, while another was seen thrown on the field during the dominant victory of the Indianapolis colts on the Miami dolphins.
Then, Monday evening Football, a security guard was noisily applauded during the Vikings of Minnesota victory against the Bears in Chicago after having retired a sex toy that had been thrown on the field. The problem spread in week 2.

During the clash of the Bengals with the Jacksonville jaguars, who was spoiled by Joe Burrow’s injury, a sex toy was thrown on the field at the start of the third quarter. After the rescue quarter, Jake Browning, launched a hit in Mitchell Tinsley to equalize the match at 17-17 after the additional point, the toy landed on the field.
It was subtle and fans in the eyes of the eagle would have spotted it. In fact, the broadcast of CBS even thought that the toy was a flag, leading to the warning of “flag” appearing at the bottom of the diffusion, in break the game when no fault had been committed.
The object, which seems bright green, has been thrown on the field from the stands. It follows a bizarre trend in sports games across the United States. A number of adult toys were launched on the field in WNBA matches during the 2025 season, a stopped fan.
Last week during the Browns match, the game was arrested for a few seconds while the referee quickly identified and deleted the article, a camera picking up the images of the stands.

It is not clear to know if the element was thrown on the field by a fan, the surveys are sure to discover the NFL officials.
The WNBA had to face the same incidents in its league, publishing a statement last month while admitting that they work hard to settle on the issue. A WNBA spokesperson said in a statement: “Everyone’s security in our arenas remains an absolute priority.
“We work in close collaboration with local and federal police to pursue all appropriate actions – including arrest and prosecution with crime accusations if necessary – against any person committed in this conduct or otherwise involved in the sponsorship of this imprudent and unacceptable behavior.”
In a follow -up declaration, the league added: “Any fan who intentionally throws an object in the court will be immediately ejected and will face a minimum prohibition of one year in addition to being subject to arrest and prosecution by local authorities.”
A fan accused of having launched a sex toy was arrested after an incident in a match between Atlanta’s dream and the Golden State Valkyries in July.
When the craze of sex toys was at its peak during the WNBA season, a group of memes of cryptocurrency publicly confirmed that it was behind the movement. The group decided to protest by “pranks” against the “toxic” environment in the world of cryptography.
