iPhone 20 Rumors Point to All-Glass ‘Waterfall’ Screen and Anniversary-Inspired Name

If Apple really wants to make a sensation for the 20th anniversary of the iPhone in 2027, it can be more than simply rethinking the bump from the camera.

Apple Prototypent engineers an iPhone nicknamed “Glass Wing”, according to Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, speaking on the Podcast Geked Up this week, with a screen that flows like a cascade not only on the left and right sides, but also at the bottom and bottom of the phone.

Gurman called it “iPhone X design but on steroids” and said it was the phone for which iOS 26 was designed.

A foldable should be released at the end of 2026.

Gurman also launched the idea that Apple could mark the “iPhone 20” device, avoiding an “iPhone 19” to synchronize the model number with the birthday year. A quadruple and bezelless screen would mark the overhaul of the most dramatic equipment of the iPhone since the iPhone X killed the home button in 2017.

South Korea’s Etnews reports say that Apple explores OLED technology with four -edges to make this look without border possible. Gurman’s power on the newsletter describes an “iphone mainly in glass and without any cutting on display”, referring to the camera and selfie face identification sensors could hide under the display.

If Apple really goes directly to an iPhone 20, the reproductive echo to the jump from iOS 18 to iOS 26 and 2017 from iPhone 8 to iPhone X, signaling how much an Apple overhaul thinks that this phone will be important.
