Judge Makes Final Decision In Sorority Transgender Case Without Seeming To Know What A Woman Is

American district judge Alan B. Johnson rejected legal action by the former Sorority Girls of the University of Wyoming, who continued Kappa Kappa Gamma after admitting a “transgender woman”, in the words of Johnson.

Johnson rejected the initial complaint of the girls of the sorority “on the grounds that the sorority was free, as a private organization, to define the word” woman “in her statutes, as she wanted, and therefore the sorority was not contractually forced to reject the transwomen members.”
“Nothing in the regulations or permanent rules only require Kappa narrowly defines the words” women “or” women “to include only people born with a certain set of reproductive organs”, continues Johnson.
Word games of this kind make the big pieces of the law without meaning. This would appear to be the definition of a woman. Referring to a man as a woman is to make the two categories zero. Which is probably the ultimate end of our linguistic tyrants.
