The married CEO who was filmed during a Coldplay concert in the United States with his arms around his company’s HR head in a video that has become viral has now resigned, the company’s astronomer said on Saturday.
In an article on LinkedIn, the software startup said: “Andy Byron submitted his resignation and the board of directors accepted.”
He added: “As indicated above, the astronomer has engaged in the values and culture that have guided us since our foundation. Our leaders should establish the standard in terms of conduct and responsibility, and recently, this standard has not been respected.”
Development comes after the firm said on Friday that Byron and the company chief of the company, Kristin Cabot, had been placed on leave, Axios reported.
They had been surprised canopling on the Jumbotron camera during the Coldplay concert in Foxborough, Massachusetts, which is southwest of Boston.
The incident took the Internet.
Byron has been the chief of the astronomer since 2023. In 2024, Cabot joined the company as HR manager. In an advertisement on hiring of Cabot, Byron said: “Kristin’s exceptional leadership and the in -depth expertise in talent management, employee engagement and people’s strategies will be essential because we will continue our rapid trajectory.”
The astronomer’s message said on Saturday that he was now trying to switch from video exam: “Before this week, we were known as a pioneer in the data space, helping the data teams to feed everything, from modern analysis to production AI.
“Although awareness of our business may have changed overnight, our product and our work for our customers have not done so. We continue to do what we do to: help our customers with their most difficult data and their AI problems. ”
