At least 10 high-ranking Houthi leaders were victims, including Prime Minister Houthi Ahmed al-Rahawi. The Minister of Defense, Major General Mohamed Al-Atifi and the chief of staff general, the general of division Muhammad Abd al-Karim al-Ghamari.
