It’s now really easy to switch from Spotify to Apple Music

Earlier this year, we reported a new service tested in Australia and New Zealand which allowed the unhappy users of Spotify transferring musical libraries and reading lists to Apple Music. Now this service comes to the rest of the world.
According to an Apple assistance document, the possibility of transferring your library and your reading lists to Apple Music is available in Australia, Brazil, in France, Germany, Mexico, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States, the service, which is propelled by Songshift and available in the Apple Music application or on the web, to add your saved music and playlists have created in other musical services, such as Spotify, to your music apple.
Although the tool allows you to transfer songs, albums and recorded reading lists, which does it on “varies and is determined by the service”, warns Apple. With Spotify, the tool works with Amazon, Deezer, Tidal and Youtube music.
To start, go to the Apple Music or Music.apple.com application on the web and log with your Apple ID. Then go to the settings and find the “Transfer the music” option and choose the service you want to transfer.
Once the transfer is finished, you will probably see a message that indicates “a certain music must be revised”. This could include podcasts, exclusive tracks or reading lists organized by Spotify, which will not be able to transfer.
If you always use Spotify, here are some reasons why you may want to change. And when you do it, it will be very easy to start listening as if you never had Spotify.
