I’ve Been Using the Dreo Baristamaker for a Year, and Here’s What I’ve Learned

I am a coffee fan and a snob of amateur grains. I count on the real baristas coffee to make drinks for me, but when I am left to my own devices, I need an appropriate device. That’s why I have the Dreo Baristamaker—A small device that can make cappuccino, latte, flat white that baristas make. More specifically, it heats up, microfoams and arouses milk, so I don’t need a steam wand or real skills.
I am a fan of Baristamaker Dreo because it is the best home device that I still tried that can make super silky and silky microfoé milk. This is mainly due to its programming to manage different types of milk (dairy and non -dairy products) by modifying its parameters to take into account the optimal temperature of a given milk. In addition, in a practical sense, it is a small device so that it can easily store in my small apartment kitchen, and as an additional bonus, it is extremely calm. I have been using my baristamaker for about a year now, and in addition to the fact that each coffee fan should have one, these are the three main things I learned.

My partner and I use Baristamaker mainly for foam milk and cold foam for glazed slats in summer, but when the weather cools, I note a wide variety of hot drinks adjacent to coffee.
The baristamaker is just a heated pitcher with a small fan or a foaming screen inside, so it is able to heat and lather a variety of liquids, not just milk. You can use it to make chai slats, cappuccinos, mochas or spikes, for example.
Keep in mind that the Dreo will heat and foam, but is not equipped to mix the large ingredients in a smooth liquid – it is not a immersion mixer. I usually mix, whisk or dissolve the major flavored ingredients before adding it to the pitcher with milk. Mix the matcha powder, the cellar puree or the cocoa powder with a small quantity of hot water first, then add it to the pitcher with most of the liquid.
Select the milk you used with the type of drink you make. If you want it to have a thin layer of bubbles like a flat white, choose it. If you want a thick foam, select it. If you just prefer to stir the drink and heat it, you can select the stirring mode and the temperature with the panel on the right side.
Do not ignore the filling lines

Inside the pitcher, you will find clues. Do not ignore them because they are crucial for the success of your drink. If you exceed the minimum line or above the maximum lines, you will be disappointed. In fact, you can think of yourself: “What a piece of waste! Mousse you one day and not the next one.” That’s wrong.
What do you think so far?
Be careful and join the launcher’s rules. If you are only one slat, you should always use the minimum filling line. If you make cappuccinos for five people, do not fill the pitcher at the top of milk. I’m talking about experience. It’s not as if the foam would not be great, it will just not work. No foam. Just hot milk. Which is good, but it is a job for the microwave.
When paid immediately, the foam is good and silky.

I also feel that about eggs – it’s better when it’s hot. Pour your foam milk or drink immediately. Your Baristamaker Dreo has this beautiful, large shiny display with the countdown on it. The heating process never takes more than a few minutes, so don’t get away from starting a project.
The microofoam is beautiful and silky when it has completed its activities in Baristamaker. If you let it rest in the pitcher, the liquid and the foam cool and become less flexible. When you are going to pour it and try to make a milk swan, the foam can be more filled, could stick to the edges, and it will not also pour itself in a fluid manner. No, this is not the end of the world, but I am an amateur snob and you could be too, so it matters.
Pour the foam immediately, while the liquid is still slightly smoking, gives you the best most creamy texture for your drink. The hot mocha that I made this morning had a beautiful creamy texture, and the foam is so good that my camera goal could hardly catch it. I had to remove a little foam to show the difference.
Take these practices with you each time you plug the Baristamaker Dreo and you will have incredible hot and cold drinks each month of the year.
