Jake LaRavia Sends First Message to Lakers Fans After Free Agency Deal

The Los Angeles Lakers were surrounded by rumors before the NBA free agency. Now that the market is officially opened, things have been slow, but a decision has already been made.
After seeing Dorian Finney-Smith leave the city to sign with the Houston Rockets, the Lakers brought the 23-year-old striker Jake Laravia during their first free agency signature.
Laravia is not a familiar name. However, he played well during the 2024-25 season division between the Grizzlies of Memphis and the Kings of Sacramento. It could become a solid role for Los Angeles if all dressings.

Rob Pelinka still has a lot of work to do, but Laravia is a sleeping signature that could give surprising results.

Following the news of the two parties accepting conditions on a $ 12 million contract over two years, Laravia went to her Instagram account to send her first message to her new fans.
“Lakeshowwwwww,” he wrote. “I hope that fans of Lakers are as excited as me. Let’s work.”
Obviously, it could not be more excited to join the Stories franchise. Playing for Lakers is a childhood dream for most players.
During the NBA 2024-25 season with the Grizzlies and the Kings, Laravia played 66 games. He collected on average 6.9 points per match to go hand in hand with 3.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 0.9 interceptions, while pulling 47.5% of the soil and 42.3% of the arc at three points.
At just 23 years old, as mentioned above, there is still room for Laravia. Los Angeles obtains a young play that could improve a little over the next two years.

Certainly, there is a chance that Laravia will not rotate. It could be an agreement of $ 6 million per season which does not take place to be an addition of impact.
That being said, he posted a good work ethics and an improvement. He begins to enter his peak and has three years of experience in the NBA to his credit. There are reasons to hope that he can take a jump in the fourth year.
Expect to continue to hear many rumors about the Lakers to move forward. Rob Pelinka still has a lot of work to do to build a championship candidate around LeBron James and Luka Doncic. Laravia is a beautiful piece, but there is no longer to do.
