Jamie Foxx remains hospitalized nearly a week after experiencing ‘medical complication’

Jamie Foxx remains hospitalized in Georgia almost a week after her daughter revealed that the actor had experienced a “medical complication,” said a source to the attention of the case on Monday.

Her daughter Corinne Foxx shared on Instagram last week that her father had a healthcare incident last Tuesday, although she did not specify what happened. She added in her post that because of “rapid action and great care”, her father is “on the way to recovery”.

CNN reported on Friday that Foxx had been hospitalized and suffered medical tests.

Foxx was in Atlanta filming the film Netflix “Back in Action” with Cameron Diaz. The source had previously declared to CNN that the medical incident did not occur on the set and Foxx was not transported by emergency vehicle to the hospital.

On Friday, a separate source close to production told CNN that filming is “currently underway” and should end this week.

This source did not explain if Foxx still has scenes to film or if it would be back on the set.
