Jerusalem man arrested for violently attacking bus driver over missed stop

A Jerusalem resident was charged on Sunday for violently attacked a bus driver in the city in July for allegedly jumped a judgment, the police of Israel said.

The police who had arrived at the scene of the incident saw two people with bruises. After the two received medical treatment, the police investigated the incident and arrested the alleged offender.
The suspect was then released under house arrest while the police continued to investigate.

Attack on the bus driver
According to the indictment, the accused had confronted the driver of the bus, accusing him of not stopping at a previous judgment on the route and began to curse him.
The accused then tried to hit the driver with his hands, only to be rejected. After that, the accused tried to club the driver with his mobile phone.
In response, the driver jumped towards the accused on the barrier separating the driver and the passengers, hitting the accused.
At this stage, affirms the indictment, a complete fight ensued, the defendant striking what seized the driver’s head and striking it hard.
Another passenger entered the fray to separate them and ended up grabbing the driver and suffocating him while the accused continued to rub the driver’s head.
The driver finally suffered head and face injury.
