Google expands Chrome Autofill with 4 smart new features

Google recently announced in a blog post that it is expanding the autofill capabilities of its Chrome browser with four new features. If you’re tired of endlessly scrolling through form after form on websites and regularly rely on autofill to speed up your daily browsing, these improvements will come in handy.

Here are the autofill improvements:

1. If you’re signed in to your Google account, Chrome can now automatically pull your name, email, and home/work addresses as needed. This is ideal when you are shopping or ordering a service for the first time.
2. If you’ve saved information like loyalty card numbers, travel details, and vehicle information to your Google Wallet, Chrome can now automatically pull that information. When you book accommodation or rentals, save this information to your Google Wallet and Chrome will auto-populate it for you whenever a form requires these details.
3. The Autofill interface for Chrome on Android has been improved, making it easier to choose between autofill suggestions.
4. Chrome has improved its recognition for different address types around the world, resulting in more reliable autofill in different regions around the world.

These changes are already rolling out to Chrome users on desktop, Android, and iPhone platforms where applicable.
