A federal judge on Friday struck down the Trump administration’s policy limiting journalists’ access to the Defense Department. Many journalists, including NBC News, had refused to accept the new rules. Today, a judge ruled that this policy illegally restricted the press credentials of journalists who left the Pentagon rather than agree to restrictive coverage rules.
