Judges defeat Trump in test over deportation powers

The Trump administration lost its attempt to cancel the deportation policy of a federal court on Tuesday, after another federal judge rejected the trial of the Ministry of Justice, calling it a “potentially calamitic” confrontation between the executive power and the judiciary.
