Pam Bondi Takes Steps to Unseal Epstein Grand Jury Testimony – RedState
The Ministry of Justice of the Prosecutor General Pam Bondi took measures on Friday to obtain the testimony of the great jury against Jeffrey Epstein not sealed as “a question of public interest”.

Given the public interest in the investigation works carried out by the Ministry of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation on Epstein, the Ministry of Justice moved the court to an elevation the underlying transcriptions of the Grand Jury in the United States c. It continued:

A similar request was filed in the case of Ghislaine Maxwell.

For these reasons, this court should conclude that the affairs of Epstein and Maxwell are eligible for the public interest, release the associated transcriptions of the Grand Jury and raise any pre -existing protection order. CNN indicated that the decision to publish the documents of the Grand Jury now lies with Federal Judge Richard Mr. Berman in Manhattan, who supervised the Criminal case of Epstein before his death in 2019.
The file came after the “exclusive” report of the Wall Street Journal Thursday involving Trump and Epstein. As my colleague Joe Cunningham reported, the “scoop” involved a “debauchery” birthday card that would have been sent by Trump to Epstein in 2003 for his 50th anniversary.
