After months of slow burn controversies around his agency, from the management of the murder of Charlie Kirk to the abundant Liberation of Epstein files, the director of the FBI, Kash Patel, will face the legislators of the Senate and the Chamber during two highly anticipated hearings.

The legislators should push a patel, a loyalist of Donald Trump and a right brandard, to explain to an interrogative audience if he is really equipped to manage the main agency for the application of the law of the country and confront the skeptics which are worried that he has stripped the office of his credibility.

Before Kirk, a friend of the patel, was assassinated last week, the director of the FBI had prepared to concentrate at least part of his testimony on his efforts to relaunch the investigation of Russia of 2016, and what Patel said was a plot of the FBI to Saper Trump, a source familiar with the CNN affair told CNN.

But as anger has developed against the treatment by the patel of the survey on the shooting – including in interviews this week – it is likely to deal with sharp questions as to whether it can manage work.

Monday, Patel crossed the unprecedented measure to discuss evidence on the air, telling Fox News that the FBI had located the DNA of a towel and a screwdriver found near the weapon which, according to them, was used to kill Kirk and equaled DNA to that of the presumed shooter.

Some within the Ministry of Justice have expressed their concern that the dissemination of evidence of the patel could hamper the prosecution by the accused shooter, two familiar sources with the case in CNN said.

Patel previously was criticized after announcing on Wednesday in a hurry that the FBI had a “subject” in detention for the kirk murder, to bring it back two hours later. The blunder rendered the furious officials of the Ministry of Justice and other law enforcement organizations that help hunting human and did not do much to reduce concerns about its management.

However, a patel praising his own role in the possible capture of the alleged shooter, noting that he had pushed to publicly publish the images collected by the police. The father of the alleged shooter then recognized his son of one of the images.

“I made an executive decision on a need for investigation and operational,” said Patel on Fox News on Monday, adding that “it turned out to be the right decision.”

The Senate’s judicial president, Chuck Grassley, had fully confidence in the patel and minimized his public relations errors during the investigation.

Pressed by Maju Raju of CNN on the way Pate has acted in the Kirk investigation, Grassley replied: “So he announced two things that turned out to be a mistake. Everyone makes a mistake.”

Patel also received a possible votes from the president on Monday, appearing with him, the Attorney General Pam Bondi, the defense secretary Pete Hegseth and other people at the Oval Office.

Purge of FBI staff and Epstein files

Democrats are expected to push a paw on its purge of senior executives within the office and the allegations made by three former agents who filed a complaint last week which accused the director of rejecting former agents for political reasons.

This trial also said that the Patel and its senior executives made decisions, at least in part, due to reactions on social networks – an allegation which only won during the investigation of the assassination of Kirk.

From his first day in power, Patel was a key figure in the management of so-called “Epstein files”. Patel and his assistant, Dan Bongino, promised Bondi alongside as much evidence as possible that were collected against sex traffic accused Jeffrey Epstein – a promise they made several months later.

While the Doj and the FBI were faced with public indignation in the face of the decision, Patel faced a second internal crisis while Bongino threatened to leave his post. The threat came in the midst of a confrontation between the patel, Bongino and leaps to find out if the two men were behind the media reports which declared that the FBI wanted more information published but was finally hampered by the Ministry of Justice, an allegation they denied.

Bongino has so far remained at work.

Patel also said on several occasions that the FBI revisits a long -standing grievance for the president’s allies: that the criminal investigation on the question of whether the Trump’s presidential campaign has collus by Russia was a “hoax” intended to disembark its campaign.

The Republicans of the Chamber and Senate committees hope to focus their questions about the allegations of the Patel according to which the former directors and the leaders of the FBI tried to hide documents in bags of burns behind doors locked at the FBI headquarters.

Although the details of any criminal investigation into the persons involved in the investigation in Russia are still rare, the Doj would conduct another investigation into the former FBI director, James Comey, and the former CIA director John Brennan, although he is not clear on what crime they are the subject of an investigation.
