Washington commanders would have “finalized the conditions” with Edge Rusher von Miller on a one -year contract. Miller’s signature meets Washington’s most important needs. Commanders needed Edge Rusher help, but seemed to be content to wait until the regular season. The addition of Miller now gives Washington a chance to have it in the training camp.

Commanders know that they do not get the 2021 von Miller when he had 14 combined bags for two teams, and helped the Los Angeles Rams in the Super Bowl Championship. This does not mean that they do not add significant help. Miller recorded six bags last season when he only played 33% of Buffalo’s defensive shots.

Of course, you cannot please everyone. When the news of Miller’s imminent signature broke out, he encountered mixed criticism on social networks. While Washington fans seem mainly satisfied with this decision, fans of the commanding division made fun of the decision, mainly because of the age of Miller.
