- 🎧 The detention of Abrego Garcia was one of the first cases of high -level immigration of the repression of the Trump administrationNPR Jasmine guys tells First. At the heart of his case are questions about the regular procedure for undocumented immigrants. Abrego Garcia came to the United States of Salvador illegally in 2011 to escape the death threats of the gangs. He has not been found guilty of any crime since his arrival in the United States, but the Trump administration accuses him of being a member of the MS-13 gang. He denied this assertion. In 2019, an immigration court judged that it could not be expelled in Salvador.
President Trump took measures to dismiss the governor of the federal reserve yesterday, Lisa Cook. This action marks the latest climbing in its efforts to exercise its control over the central bank, which it has pressure to reduce interest rates for months. The federal reserve is supposed to operate independently of the political influence of the White House, so that Trump’s decision can face judicial disputes. Bill Pulte, who oversees the mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, accused Cook of making false declarations on a mortgage request in 2021, before joining the Fed.
- 🎧 Pulte says that Cook has asked for home loans on two properties a few weeks apart, in two different states, declaring that each house would be its main residence. Scott Horsley of NPR says that this would lead to more favorable loan conditions. Trump expressed that he did not trust Cook’s integrity, and it was to remove it. Cook says that the president does not have the power to dismiss her and that she will continue to exercise his functions as governor of the Fed. If Trump manages to oust Cook, it would create a vacancy that he could fill with someone more aligned with his interests.
The president promises to punish Washington, DC, and other places across the country to remove the cash tax. Washington has not had a cash deposit since 1992. The engine of the decision was that the cash guarantee disproportionately affects the poor blacks who are stuck in prison until the trial. Trump’s announcement occurs as he seeks to extend his longtime military intervention in the national capital. He also expressed his hope of expanding the role of the National Guard in the police.
- 🎧 Trump says that the surety system has enabled the murderers to walk easily. This is extremely rare, because only 4% of all those released before the trial last year in the national capital were accused of violent crimes, explains Alex Koma of the NPR Wamu network station. Many people in Washington doubt that what Trump wants is legal, and only the congress can cancel the DC laws. Local leaders are in advance due to the president’s interference in city affairs. Trump expressed that he wanted to form a special national guard unit dedicated to public security at DC, he has the command of the guard in the capital, because it is not a state.

Wearing sunscreen is essential health advice, but many standard sprays and creams are missing an important advantage. Over the past decade, more research has focused on hyperpigmentation and melasma. Although ultraviolet radiation does not only cause these conditions, the evidence shows that the radiation of visible light, which penetrates the skin more deep than UV rays, can contribute to it. Tinted sunscreens, which contain pigments to match a range of skin tones, block visible light radiation. According to research published in the journal Photodermatology, Photoimmunology and PhotomedicineTinted sunscreens provide better protection against visible light damage to unorneered products. Here is what to look for on the label.
- ☀️ The number one ingredient in the protection of visible light is compound chemical oxide. It provides a sunscreen tinged with its color and is commonly used to lend a shade to the skin to the corrector and the foundation.
- ☀️ A concentration of approximately 3% iron oxide in sunscreen probably offers the best protection, explains Dr. Jenna Lester, an associate professor of dermatology at the University of California in San Francisco. She notes that broken white or white sunscreen probably do not contain sufficient levels of the compound.
- ☀️ Tinted titanium dioxide does a good job of diffusion of visible light. In addition, antioxidants such as vitamin C can help protect against visible light.
- ☀️ If you do not find a sunscreen tinted in a shade you like, consider using a foundation with iron oxide and apply an unknown sunset.

Earlier this month, two 15-year-olds in Washington, DC, were arrested for defeating a man in what would have been a hijacking attempt. He was not just any man, but a member of a high -level Trump initiative. Striped, the president was unleashed against the city’s democratic leaders.

But because DC has an unusual relationship with the federal government, it could make more than complain. And he did it: he resumed the city’s police service (at least temporarily), redeployed federal agents and called on the troops of the National Guard. The former personality of Fox News and current American lawyer for DC Jeanine Pirro, whose office pursues adults accused of serious crimes, complained that more children – or “young punks” as she says – must be prosecuted for more crimes at younger ages, even for 14 years.
I have already seen this film – in fact, I have already made this film. I was part of a team that reported and produced a documentary on justice for minors for the PBS series on the front line which was broadcast in January 2001. The fact is, then and now, that this happened at a time when crime rates, including among young people, really lowered … but statistics do not drive this train. There is something about children who make serious crimes that strike differently.
I can tell you by personal experience that when you see these children in a locking, no matter how much they try to look at, they look like children – children who should worry about acne, ball and their sats, not rifles, jaches and sticks. The question then, as now, is what should happen when they have entered this life? What do we really try to accomplish? To put them on the right track or simply get them out of sight? Then, as now, it seems that we have still not decided.
