When you configure children’s mode, you will be invited to put the name of your child and their birthday, which allows Amazon to recommend books appropriate for their age. You can do several children’s profiles, but you will need a pin or access code to deactivate children’s mode and return to ordinary Kindle mode. I implemented my son’s profile with his nickname and his birthday, and as he is only 3 years old, his recommendations in the “Books You could love” section were books of colorful images like Polar bear, polar bear, what do you mean? And First 100 animals. I was able to immediately download both with the Kids +subscription.

You buy books on a Kindle, but the children’s interface has a store option that allows your child to browse the books and ask them, which will then alert the parent account on the desired book. It replaces the store function in regular mode which allows you to buy a book directly. It’s a great way to give children an option to search for a new book and choose it themselves, without giving them free access to your credit card in the folder. (But if you go to give your children for free spending, books are an ideal place for this.)

Although you can access children’s mode on any Kindle, a colordeft is certainly an excellent adjustment for children of all ages. The covers and colorful pages are a great way to stir up children to read, and it is certainly much more fun to watch a library of books on a Colorsoft model than on a black and white e-white e-white. The full year of children + content is also an excellent bonus.

Although the upgrade to a colored Kindle is a fun option, most of my adult books will not be able to take advantage of it. Children have more illustrated book options to really enjoy color function, and this is a good choice to develop readers who could rely more on art to understand a book.

You will pay a little more for this Kindle than the options of other children, but it is an electronic reader who can grow with your child and have them cross all kinds of reading phases. In addition, it is a Kindle that you can borrow from it to get a little color for your books, even if these are just the covers.
