Manchin Levels AOC for Disgusting Remarks About Charlie Kirk, and Exposes Enormous Problem for Dems – RedState
The Chamber had a vote on a resolution to honor the co-founder of Turning Point USA Charlie Kirk and condemn political violence on Friday.
He passed, but 58 Democrats had a completely soulless moment and would not vote for that.
The representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) chose this moment, which was supposed to honor Kirk, to attack it and slander it instead, twisting things which he said or by leaving them.
Breaking: AOC has just surrendered to the house to defend its vote on the resolution in honor of the life of Charlie Kirk.

They couldn’t even have a basic human decency and, for once, close their mouths and keep their thoughts on themselves, or think of someone else to change.

AOC deteriorates further in Vicious Anti-Charlie Kirk Screed, voting “no” on the resolution to honor it
Kasie Hunt of CNN asked former Democratic senator Joe Manchin for his reaction to what AOC had to say.
I don’t think she was planning the answer, and she didn’t look at everything satisfied with what he had to say. He said that was one of the reasons why Democrats lose people like him.

“I was amazed,” he said. Manchin continued:
“This is not the place and time for that. If the Democrats, if AOC and on the far left, the far left … Believe that this is where the Democratic Party is today, then that will tell you why you have lost people like me. And [AOC and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt)] I did their national tour and I thought of the boy, that’s something, we really enter something.
“The Democratic Party has lost more than 160,000 democrats [sic] mainly left the party since the November election. So, if this is how the Democratic Party takes place, it gets worse, not better. “”
Bingo. They think it picks up part of the left base that has always moved away. But in the process, they lose all these people in the middle. And they are the people they need to win the national elections, not the tiny base of radical leftists. This does not increase well for the Democrats when we enter the middle of 2026.
He also presented it on Bill Maher’s HBO show, explaining that the Democrats were more concerned with protecting people who could work, but who did not want.

The public applauded this.
Instead of thinking about what the American people want or move to the center, the Democrats continue to run further left, kissing illegal foreigners and attacking the police.
