Watch as Reza Pahlavi Praises Brave Iranians, Vows Swift Return – RedState

The term “freedom fighters” is so often abused that it is sometimes difficult to take it seriously. Many goblins campaigning for one form of totalitarian rule or another have claimed to be freedom fighters: communists, Islamists, even your ordinary American left-wing weirdos like the ones we see making fools of themselves in places like Minneapolis and Portland right now.
However, the ongoing rebellion in Iran is the real deal. The Iranian people are in the streets, demanding their liberation from the cabal of Bronze Age barbarians who brought Iran to ruin, particularly Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. They are true freedom fighters, and at the moment it looks like they are winning.
The son of the late Shah, who was deposed in 1979 in the Islamic revolution that set Iran on its dark path, became a key figure supporting this resistance. On Saturday, Reza Pahlavi spoke to X to offer his support to the rebels – and promise to return to Iran.
It’s a question of time. هممیهنانتان در سراسر جهان، صدای شما را با افتخار فریاد میزنند که حتما تصاویر حضور پرشمار و گسترده آنها را از طریق صفحه تلویزیون میبینید. This is a person who is fighting and fighting. بهویژه پرزیدنت ترامپ، به عنوان رهبر جهان… pic.twitter.com/D3JjErJ7QM

Translated from Persian, the message reads:
Know that you are not alone. Your compatriots around the world proudly shout your voice, and you must surely see on your television screen the images of their numerous and widespread presence. The world today stands with your national revolution and admires your courage. In particular, President Trump, as leader of the free world, has carefully observed your indescribable courage and announced his readiness to help you.
Don’t give up on the streets. My heart is with you. I know I will be by your side soon.
It also has high-level support. Author JK Rowling gave her opinion:
If you claim to support human rights but fail to show solidarity with those fighting for their freedom in Iran, you have exposed yourself. You don’t give a damn about people being oppressed and brutalized as long as it’s the enemies of your enemies. pic.twitter.com/eK3jjh3pD6

And in London, at the Iranian embassy, the flag of the Islamic Republic was torn down and replaced by the old (and perhaps soon the new) Iranian flag.
WOW.
Someone tore down the Islamic flag from the Iranian embassy in London and raised the old Iranian flag before the Islamic regime took over the country.pic.twitter.com/aByZt0YblC

There have been many attempts to throw the mullahs on their old keisters before. But this time, it looks like it’s happening. The theocracy may not go smoothly, but that’s okay, as long as it goes away.

For 47 years, Iran suffered under the rule of a band of barbarians as cruel as a nation and its people have ever been repressed. It took time, but the Iranian people have had enough; never underestimate the possibilities of a people who have realized that they have nothing more to lose. The fall of the Islamic Republic will have life-changing implications, not only in Persia, not only in the Middle East, but throughout the world, and we in the United States should give the rebels all possible support.
We may soon see the dawn of a new day in Iran. And when Reza Pahlavi returns to Iran, we will know that the sun is on the horizon.
