Local Media Outlet Just Can’t Deal After Florida DOGE Gets Outstanding New Nickname – RedState
Although the consumer media is overall seems to have evolved, for the moment, of its relentless demagoguery of Doge on Capitol Hill, the division in Florida – created in February via a decree of Governor Ron Desantis (R) – draws good attention as they continue to carry out their mission of budgetary responsibility.
Some of the titles have included “Florida Dogeurs auditors to inspect Hillsborough, the expenses of the county of Pinellas” and “Orlando receives a letter from Florida Doge with Audit Set for this month”. Another reading “Florida Doge’s team investigates Gainesville while residents protest”.
But while the work they do is serious, the new financial director of Florida, Blaise Inguglia, thought that it would be fun to lighten the atmosphere a little with an unofficial nickname which happens to have the initials “FAFO”.

Reported, “FAFO” represents “Florida Agency for Tax Oversight”:
– Don’t say Doge. The financial director Blaise Inguglia began to miss local government spending to seek waste – in a style similar to what Elon Musk did with DOGE at DC. But Ingoglia says it is time for a name overhaul. He now calls the Florida agency effort for tax surveillance.
It’s true: FAFO. INGOGLIA, former president of the State Party, obtained a RAVE reception during the party weekend when he launched the new nickname and shared her principles for the success of the GOP.
He even has the approval of Governor Desantis, who seems to be seriously thinking about making the name official:

Because some in the media, however, have no shame, and no sense of humor, a local journalist and a disturbance syndrome of appearance of Desantis de CBS 12 linked the initials, you guessed it, racism:
However, this sentence “F — Around and discover it” has itself been adopted by a racist and extremist group.
The Anti-Diffamation League notes that proud boys use the sentence as a slogan “to suggest that they are always prepared for a fight, and if a person confronts or disturbs them, this person will be sorry.”
“This slogan is commonly seen on proud boys’ clothes or is sprayed as a symbol of the group,” continued the definition of ADL. “The sentence can also be used to a lesser extent by others in a different context.”
Despite the noise machine of the media, Ingoglia remains un discreed and actually proves that the new nickname was completely appropriate:

Let me be clear: all the information we ask for is public information. I will not defend bureaucratic administrative formalities when searching for waste, fraud and dollar abuses from taxpayers.

My message is clear: the CFO office has a power of assignment to access these files and I am not afraid to use this power.
