Lynx’s Reeve, Liberty’s Brondello to coach All-Star Game

Cheryl Reeve of Minnesota Lynx and Sandy Brondello of the New York Liberty were selected Thursday as head coaches for the WNBA stars match.
Thursday at the end of the game, Minnesota (15-2) and New York (12-5) owned the two best records in the League, collecting their respective coaches the honor of the stars.
The interesting wrinkle is which teams the coaches were allocated.
The Indiana Caitlin Clark fever goalkeeper and the Lynx Naphees Collier striker were named the players’ captains for finishing the first and second respectively, in the vote of the stars fans.
Because the coach with the best record has been twinned with the player with the most fans votes, Reeve will train the Clark team and will face necklace, the centerpiece of his dominant Minnesota team.
Reeve and Brondello also familiarize each other. The lynx defeated the freedom of the WNBA 2024 commissioner’s cup, but New York made the favor by beating Minnesota in the WNBA final.
During the WNBA 2024 star match, Reeve led to a team list of the United States preparing for the Paris Olympic Games. Clark, left out this USA team list in the middle of its first professional season, guided the WNBA team towards a 117-109 victory against the United States team.
The WNBA Star Match is scheduled for July 19 in Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
