STOP Foodborne Illness (STOP), a non-governmental organization led by Sandra Eskin, is expanding its affiliated Alliance to Stop Foodborne Illness by adding Amazon, Amerisan, the Meat Institute, Mérieux NutriSciences, and Yum! Brands to its collaborative effort to prevent foodborne illness and protect consumers.
