Surveillance video captured a daytime break-in at a jewelry store in Anaheim Hills, Calif., showing masked suspects ransacking storefronts after a vehicle crashed into the main entrance before fleeing in two getaway cars that then crashed during separate police chases.

FOX 11 in Los Angeles reported that the suspects used a vehicle to force their way into the store.

Surveillance footage shows two men sitting inside the jewelry store. Through the glass front door, a vehicle is seen outside, lined up with the entrance. He suddenly accelerates forward, crashing through the door, shattering the glass and dropping the frame.

The next clip shows three suspects dressed in black and wearing masks rummaging through display cases and grabbing merchandise, while a fourth suspect stands near the door and appears to be keeping watch.

Throughout the robbery, a man sitting near the front of the store remains frozen, his phone in his right hand, appearing stunned by what is happening.

The four suspects then fled through the damaged entrance with merchandise in their hands and appeared to get into a white vehicle before driving away. The man holding the phone runs towards the door to record the escape, while the other man inside the store reappears on camera and looks around at the wreckage.

While the video only shows four suspects, FOX 11 reported that police believe eight were involved.

“Eight to ten guys come in with masks, trash cans, crowbars, hammers and break all the windows,” Ramcy Tabelo, the store owner, told the station. “My gun was on the table, they grabbed my gun and at that point I thought I was going to be shot.”
