Max Muncy’s absence creates major matchup challenges for Dodgers

In the standings, everything is fine in the world of dodgers. Clayton Kershaw was, well, Clayton Kershaw. The Dodgers won.
In the box score, everything was not good. As you have already guessed, the enclosure of the readers: five lifts were necessary to cover the last three sleeves, in which the Padres of San Diego put a potential to attach and / or to make fire on the base in each of these sleeves.
And, day 1 of life without Muncy 2.0, the dodgers have succeeded four strokes.
With 40 games to play, the Dodgers and the Padres are tied at the top of the West National League. If Max Muncy can play in a handful of these games, the dodgers will be grateful.
The Dodgers put their third basic player on the injured list on Friday afternoon due to a tense oblique muscle. When Mancy made the list of injured last month due to a knee injury, the Dodgers led the majors in racing. He missed 25 games, in which the Dodgers ranked last in races.
Of the four strokes of the Dodgers Friday evening, three were delivered by the three lower programming of the programming. This means that Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts, Will Smith, Freddie Freeman, Teoscar Hernández and Andy Pages went combined 1 for 17.
“Max just has this balance in programming, with regard to another left -hander (striker),” said Dodgers manager, Dave Roberts, “but also manages the pitch on the left and has the ability to climb on the basis.
“This is a threat. Now, without him, other guys must intensify.”
The left-handed bats of the Dodgers, from Friday: Ohtani, Freeman, the Voltger Michael Comforto (.189) and the rescue receiver Dalton Rushing (.202).
He should go without saying that Ohtani and Freeman remain imposing. He should also go without saying that opponents could well align right -handers against dodgers, including the paddes throwing Dylan stop against them on Saturday and Yu Darvish on Sunday.

“We are going to see a multitude of pitch on the right,” said Roberts. “There will be right -handers out of the pen.
“Our right -handers must be better.”
On this score, the most encouraging development for dodgers on Friday was Hernández to strike what turned out to be the decisive home run.
“Teo came to life with a large circuit,” said Roberts.
Hernández struck 33 circuits last season, while her ops were at least 0.762 each month of the season. His ops was less than 0.762 each month this season, except the first.
During the first 29 Dodgers games, he hit nine circuits. In the 93 games since then, he reached 10.
“Some days is good. Some days are bad,” said Hernández. “Some days are between the two. The striker is not easy. But I will continue to work and try to be consistent for the month and a half, and I hope in the playoffs.”
The Soulla supper comes first and Roberts has faith in hernández.
Roberts said: “It is an easy bet that when the stakes increase, Teo will really appear for us.”
Muncy does this, going up on the basis and surrounding the bases. In October, when pitching can increase on occasion, the same goes for the Muncy.
Its operations are higher in the playoffs than in the regular season. It works much more often. It can raise the programming of dodgers in October, if the rest of the programming can intensify and help to enter it.
