PSA: Hurry and Watch the First ‘Happy Gilmore’ Movie Before It Leaves Netflix
The biggest original film to arrive on Netflix in July is undoubtedly happy Gilmore 2. The continuation of Adam Sandler was 30 years and marks the return of one of his most emblematic characters, Happy Gilmore, a fan of hockey obsessed with Boston Bruins who transforms his villain Slashot into a professional golf career.
Happy Gilmore 2 should be presented on Netflix on July 25 and presents most of the distribution of the original film; Sandler is joined by Julie Bowen, Christopher McDonald, Dennis Dugan and Ben Stiller, who take up all their roles from the first film. (Unfortunately, some members of the original distribution of 1996, including Bob Barker and Carl Weathers, have died, but new characters played by Bad Bunny, Kym Whitley and Benny Safdie will make their debut in the suite.)
