Jenna Ortega’s Under-$150 Handbag Will Breathe New Life Into Your Spring Wardrobe
Gen Z’s It Girl, Jenna Ortega, just stepped out at the (sob! Last one in Utah!) Sundance Film Festival with a designer-adjacent handbag that’s surprisingly affordable. On the way to the premiere of his film The gallery ownerwhich features fellow little queen Natalie Portman, Ortega accessorized with a compact handbag from trendy brand, JW PEI.
The vegan leather Carmen Top Handle Bag, offered by Ortega in green, costs just $119 (or $101 for select shades on Amazon) and is available in a dozen colors, depending on your mood. Jenna Ortega often adds these more affordable pieces to her rotation, like her under-$100 sneakers or an Old Navy bag.
The rest of her outfit was a militaristic Mugler dress in beige tones, a nice break from Ortega’s often black wardrobe without going in a colorful direction that wouldn’t suit her or fit her image. And, at this point, we can say that she just doesn’t want to dress in bright or pastel colors.

The commitment to neutral tones was shared by her co-stars Portman and Charli XCX, who both wore shades of brown to the premiere. Portman opted for a long coat (sporting an ICE OUT pin) over a black turtleneck, while Charli paired a bodycon dress with a clear plastic poncho trimmed with lace.
