Jimmy Kimmel reacts to Trump firing Kristi Noem

Donald Trump fired Kristi Noem, his Homeland Security secretary, and Jimmy Kimmel has ideas.
“Kristi Noem will, as Trump said, ‘become the special envoy for the Americas Shield, our new security initiative in the Western Hemisphere,'” Kimmel says in the clip above. “And I think I speak for all of us when I say we wish Kristi well in her brand new, completely made-up job.”
Kimmel then cuts to Noem’s replacement, Markwayne Mullin, playing a montage of interview clips in which Mullin repeatedly stumbles over his words and forgets place names.
“Let’s just say Markwayne is not Mark Twain,” Kimmel says. “Thank you again, Mr. President. The homeland is safe.”
