MTG Claims Trump’s Criticisms Of Her Provoked ‘Hot Bed Of Threats’

Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said Saturday that private security companies contacted her with security warnings after President Donald Trump publicly withdrew their support for her.
The Georgia Republican claimed on X that Trump’s rhetoric had created a “hot bed of threats” against her.
“I am now being contacted by private security companies with warnings about my safety, while a multitude of threats against me are fueled and abetted by the most powerful man in the world. The man I supported and helped get elected,” Greene wrote on X.
The congresswoman said she took the threats seriously.
“I now have a small understanding of the fear and pressure that female victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his cabal must feel,” Greene said. (RELATED: Trump Officially Cuts Support for MTG)

Trump’s Truth Social post called Greene a “Wacky Marjorie” and a “ranting Lunatic,” while threatening to back a primary challenger with her “complete and unyielding support.”
The president accused Greene of going “far left” and complained that she constantly calls him despite her busy schedule managing “219 congressmen/women, 53 U.S. senators, 24 cabinet members, almost 200 countries.”
Safety concerns are nothing new to Greene. His Georgia residency has been crushed several times since he entered Congress. A bomb threat in December 2024 led to a fatal car crash when responding officers crashed, killing 66-year-old Tammie Pickelsimer.
Federal authorities charged two foreign nationals in August 2024 for multiple attacks against Greene.
Past incidents included false reports of shootings and dead bodies at his home. Both of his daughters’ homes were destroyed on the same day in December 2023, CBS reported.
