Musk’s Starlink satellite system hit by network outage, company says | Elon Musk

Starlink was experiencing a network failure, the Elon Musk Internet Satellite Satellite Satellite said on Thursday with Downdector showing that the service was down for thousands of users.
“Starlink is currently in a network failure and we actively put a solution,” he said in an article on X.
Musk added on X: “The service will be restored shortly. Sorry for the breakdown. SpaceX will become the cause of the cause to make sure that this will not happen again. ”
The service seemed to have experienced a “total breakdown” starting around 3:13 p.m., according to Doug Madory, an expert from the Internet analysis company Kentik.
The breakdown is worldwide and Starlink does not carry any traffic at the moment, Madory told Reuters. He said that such an interruption of service was unusual: “They haven’t had one like that for a long time.”
There were 25,767 incidents of people reporting problems with the service at 4:16 p.m., according to DowndeTector, which follows the breakdowns by bringing together state relationships from a certain number of sources.
