The breakdown is worldwide and Starlink does not carry any traffic at the moment, Madory told Reuters. He said that such an interruption of service was unusual: “They haven’t had one like that for a long time.”
There were 25,767 incidents of people reporting problems with the service at 4:16 p.m., according to DowndeTector, which follows the breakdowns by bringing together state relationships from a certain number of sources.
