Nancy Pelosi Tells Unassuming Reporter He’d Be ‘Good Candidate’ For Alcatraz Prison

California Democratic Representative Nancy Pelosi told a newspaper newspaper that he was a strong competitor to be a prisoner in Alcatraz.
The correspondent for the Scripps Congress News, Nathaniel Reed, questioned Pelosi on the reopening of the former California prison, which led his joke in response.
“Based on what you know, how long would it take to redevelop Alcatraz to be adapted to prisoners?” Reed asked. (Related: Environmental groups continue to block the detention center “ Alligator Alcatraz ”)
“Well, it depends on the number of prisoners they think they are putting in it.”

“Is it for one, like Elba?” Pelosi pointed out, apparently referring to the island where Napoleon Bonaparte was exiled after his abdication.
“Or is it for a few hundred people, but I don’t think it will ever happen.”
Pelosi then turned to Reed and asked if he had gone to Alcatraz.
“Yes,” he replied.
“So, you wouldn’t want to live there, even as a prisoner, right?” she interviewed.
Reed’s response could not be heard in the video while the former president of the room was waiting for his response. (Related: the tourist guide “Alligator Alcatraz” describes the “taxante” experience that he had shown installations to democratic politicians)
“Would you like these cells?” Pelosi asked. While letting out a laugh, she said, “Well, you might be a good candidate for the way it is now, I don’t know.”
Pelosi criticized President Donald Trump’s plan to reopen Alcatraz’s prison Thursday on MSNBC, the appellant “the most stupid idea that this administration proposed,” said The Hill.
In a social truth of July 1, Trump said that “conceptual work” on prison began six months ago.
“The conceptual work began six months ago, and various penitentiary companies plan to do so with us,” he said.
Trump initially asked that the prison be opened and rebuilt in a post to Truth Social on May 4.
“For too long, America has been plagued by vicious, violent and repeated criminal offenders, the lie of society, which will never contribute anything other than misery and suffering”, “
“When we were a more serious nation, in the past, we did not hesitate to lock up the most dangerous criminals and keep them away from anyone who could harm,” he added. (Linked: What is the special in Nancy Pelosi’s actions trading activities?)
He announced that he ordered the prison office, as well as the Ministry of Justice (DOJ), the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and the Ministry of Internal Security (DHS) to reopen and develop Alcatraz to keep the country’s most dangerous criminals.
“The reopening of Alcatraz will serve as a symbol of law, order and justice.”
