California Gov. Gavin Newsom said President Trump is going to deploy the National Guard and other federal agents to San Francisco. This comes after a three-judge panel appeared skeptical of the administration’s arguments that the president has judicially unreviewable power when it comes to the deployment of the National Guard on the streets of Los Angeles.
