NFL Champion Marks Rams as Eagles’ Biggest Threat
Looking at a difficult calendar for the 2025 NFL season, the Eagles of Philadelphia know that they will get the best shot from each team as they seek to defend their victory of the Super Bowl Lix.
As for the teams they beat along the way during this trip, they will want their revenge. The former NFL line player, Willie Colon, recently said that the Los Angeles Rams will be one of the biggest threats of the Eagles next season – and he explained two key reasons for which this is.
“Not because of their attack, but because of their defense. We have seen this team go against the Eagles of Philadelphia and accumulate seven bags against these offensive lines of the world,” said Colon on FS1 Breakfast.

“When you look at the Rams right now, they have put the whole world to plan, even with the age of Matthew Stafford. They almost beat the Eagles with 1:47 in the game if they did not have two mental errors on the offensive line.”

The RAMs were not among the strongest teams in the Sacks category last year, by displaying 38 on the season, which classified them 21st in the NFL. But against the Eagles, they managed to win the Battle of Bags in their division qualifying match in January. “When you talk about Rams right now, they are the biggest threat because now they have a Davante Adams, who is happy!” Colon added.
“We looked at this guy in two uniforms shouting and saying about the world that he wants to go out. He is at home now. He’s at home with Matthew Stafford, he believes in a coach who believes in him. And he is with a confident football team.”

Adams has established himself as one of the elite players in the broad position during his race with Aaron Rodgers on Green Bay packers.
He had beautiful flashes during his stay on Las Vegas raiders, even teasing a career summit in the yards in 2022, but he forced his way next season to find Rodgers on New York Jets.
