A mother of the New Jersey responsible for killing her 3 -year -old daughter will be sent to a mental health establishment, ordered a judge on Monday.

Jeanine Glass, 43, is accused of having killed her young child on July 6 in her house in Florham Park. Glass was detained in Morris County prison after his arrest last week.

During the detention hearing on Monday, Judge Claudia Jones judged that the glass should be sent to a mental health clinic in Belle Mead, Morristown Daily Record reported. The decision followed a joint request from prosecutors and defense lawyers.

The glass will be confined to the establishment until “liberation will become medically and psychiatric” how much it will be returned to the county prison or another locking, the prosecutor Christopher Schellhorn told Daily Record.

Glass’s daughter was found in the face hidden in a bathtub in several inches of water at the family’s home, the authorities said. When the first speakers reached the place, Glass was semi-conscient.

The medical teams precipitated the little girl in the hospital, but she was declared dead. Glass was reported as “suffering from a potential medication overdose” on the scene, and medical staff said they had also carried out “medical interventions”, although they were not specified.

His next appearance in court is scheduled for September 2.
