John. Daniel. Bob. “No Name Given.”

All equally valid names in the eyes of the New York Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

The New York DMV issued a commercial driver’s license to a migrant with “No Name Given” printed in place of a first name, the New York Post reported Sep. 30.

Republican Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt claims law enforcement encountered this migrant during an immigration raid which resulted in the apprehension of over 125 illegal migrants. (RELATED: CHRIS SPEAR: Truckers Applaud Trump Admin For Protecting Americans From Reckless Foreign Drivers)

“If New York wants to hand out CDLs to illegal immigrants with ‘No Name Given,’ that’s on them. The moment they cross into Oklahoma, they answer to our laws,” Stitt wrote on X Monday, including a picture of the license.

During the operation, [Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP)] encountered numerous commercial truck drivers operating with licenses issued by sanctuary states, including one license listing ‘No Name Given.’ These individuals posed a public safety risk by operating 80,000-pound commercial vehicles without proper verification,” Stitt’s office wrote in an announcement.

The New York DMV offered a statement to the Daily Caller claiming the migrant in question “has lawful status in the United States through a federal employment authorization and was issued a license consistent with federal guidelines.”

This commercial driver’s license was issued in accordance with all proper procedures, including verification of the individual’s identity through federally issued documentation,” reads the statement. “It is not uncommon for individuals from other countries to have only one name,” the statement continues.

Spokesman Walter McLure did not say whether the New York DMV was cooperating with Oklahoma’s investigation, according to the New York Post.

If trends continue, you’ll be able to obtain identification bearing no name, no sex, no photo, no height or weight, signifying only that you withstood a trip to the DMV.
