No Thanks, We Are Not Interested in Hearing Your Appeal – RedState

If there was a story that many of us wanted to disappear, it is the Jeffrey Epstein saga. The story of the late pedophile is sordid, scary and disturbing; Meanwhile, many think that he did not really suicide suicide in 2019 in his prison cell of NYC Metropolitan Correctional Center.
His former girlfriend and condemned accomplice, the heiress of the British edition Ghislaine Maxwell, is still there, but the Supreme Court just told him that they are not interested in revisiting his case:
The Supreme Court refused Monday to hear a call from Jeffrey Epstein’s former girlfriend, dismissing a Ghislaine Maxwell argument that it should have been projected prosecution under a plea agreement that Epstein concluded with the federal authorities.
Maxwell wassentenced to 20 years in federal prison In 2022 for carrying out a program of several years with Epstein to prepare and sexually abuse minor girls. In his call to the Supreme Court, deposited in April, Maxwell maintains that it should have been covered by a non-payment agreement that Epstein obtained within the framework of his agreement to plead guilty in Florida.

As we have pointed out, the Democrats have desperately tried to link President Donald Trump to the depraved history of Epstein, but they had little success, because there is not much “there”. There are photographs of the two in Mar-A-Lago, and a juvenile birthday note that Trump would have written to the financier-which Trump categorically denies-but not much else. Maxwell, on the other hand, said that she has never witnessed scandalous in Donald Trump’s friendship with Epstein.
His lawyers have just fought:
“We are, of course, deeply disappointed that the Supreme Court refused to hear the case of Ghislaine Maxwell,” said Maxwell’s lawyer David Oscar Markus. “But this fight is not over. Serious legal and factual problems remain, and we will continue to continue all the available avenues to guarantee that justice is done.”
The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, based in New York, ruled against Maxwell, concluding that the agreement concluded with the prosecutors in Florida did not link the authorities to New York.
She was found guilty of being a voluntary accomplice and a facilitator of the Epstein perverted lifestyle:
… The prosecutors charged Ms. Maxwell, accusing him of having helped to recruit the girls that Mr. Epstein abused and of participating in the mistreatment itself. A federal trial judge concluded that Ms. Maxwell had benefited from Mr. Epstein’s agreement with prosecutors but that she was not immune to prosecution.
A jury in New York condemned her and, in June 2022, a federal judge sentenced him to 20 years in prison, saying that she had played a central role in the sexual abuse program.
The Democrats seemed to worry about history when Biden was in office and had Merrick Garland as a attorney general. Now they are obsessed with this, hoping that they can somehow imbued Trump, or worse. So far, it has not been much successful.
Meanwhile, Maxwell will remain behind bars, although this summer, she was transferred to a low -security prison in Texas in exchange for cooperation with MJ investigators. We may have the chance not to hear about the Epstein affair for a while.
